Description
We really hope that you choose to join us at Mindful Mummy Fit so that you can meet other new mums, learn new skills, improve your mindset, enhance your nutrition, boost your fitness and above all have lots and lots of fun!
What to Expect:
There will be a maximum of 8 new mums at each session. You will need to attend at the same day and time as your initial booking for the next 8 weeks.
The complete session lasts for 90 minutes.
It’s important that you arrive ten minutes before your session is due to start. This is to allow you to have time to settle your baby & chat with other mums.
Note: You can only attend with your new baby – or babies if you were lucky enough to have had twins or more! We realise that this is not always easy, especially if you have other children in your care.
The Weekly Sessions
Each session will consist of a structured workshop (you will be amazed at what comes out in these discussions) which lasts for around 60 minutes. It’s never enough time, it will absolutely fly past and you won’t want it to end!
It’s during these sessions that you’ll forge such strong bonds with the other new mums and make friends for life. These sessions are all about you!
